We did it. David B. and Kim were able to pull off a surprise birthday party for Becky. We were at Fuentes Cafe downtown. She had always told me she never wanted to wear a hat or anything, but she didn't tell Kim that. We all had a good time.
I thought it was GREAT! I can't believe we were able to pull it off! You can tell by the look on her face she was none to happy to be wearing that "hat"! Next time, do you think she'll make sure I know that she doesn't want to wear the "hat"?
I live in hot West Texas and would love to live between Durango & Silverton, Colorado. I have 1 husband (for 38 years) 3 children ( 1 son & 2 daughters), 1 daughter-inlaw, 2 son-in-laws 7 grand children I am a retired Southern Baptist Church secretary. I'm handicapped and can't get around real well, but I love life.

The party was a blast! I wasn't too jazzed about wearing the hat, but hey, I'm a good sport. But I swear, if I get head lice...
